Vincino Pilsner - 5.1% Italian-Style Pilsner. We brewed this beautiful lager with our best neighbor pasta buddies over at Sorrentino Pasta & Provisions. When we talked about what type of beer we should make, we both mentioned our love of the smell of boiled pasta water (you can always know you’re close buddies with someone when you agree on a love of boiled pasta water), and how some of the nicest lagers are reminiscent of that doughy, light aroma and flavor. We then approached the malt bill by selecting Italian Eraclea Pilsner malt and a good portion of hard red wheat, similar to the wheat Sorrentino uses for their beautiful homemade pastas. We hopped it strongly and  singularly with German Select hops, and fermented it with our favourite lager yeast (which at colder fermentation temps can really accentuate that doughy pasta character of the malt and wheat). We’re getting notes of the goal of ethereal pasta water, late spring pear blossoms, Asian pear butter, an herb garden with anise hyssop somewhere, and a long floral finish. 
Information

As Hamm, we produce all our products by hand workmanship using natural and high quality materials. Due to the natural structure of the wood, color and texture may differ from the visual.
Product maintenance
  • Clean the stains with a damp cloth/sponge without waiting. Dry with a dry cloth.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent the product from fading.
  • Do not use abrasive and chemical materials such as sandpaper, alcohol, bleach for cleaning the surfaces.
  • In case of liquid contact, wipe with a dry cloth and leave at room temperature to dry.
  • Protect from contact with sharp and hard objects.
  • We recommend dry cleaning for upholstered products.
  • There may be color and texture differences in the wood material used in the products. This difference is due to the natural structure of the tree.
  • The thread coming out of any part of the fabrics should never be pulled and torn. It should be cut with scissors without damaging the product.
  • Use the bulb recommended by our sales representative in our lighting products and make sure that the bulb is suitable for dimmer use in lighting connected to the dimmer.
Warranty Information

You can use this product with peace of mind under the Hamm warranty for 2 years.

We will be happy to assist you in any situation that requires professional maintenance, fabric replacement or alteration so that you can use your product for a longer life under the heritage guarantee.
