A beautiful little cool weather lager, brewed with @DeerCreekMalt Pilsner and Double Dutch malts, hopped with choice Hersbrucker and Hallertau Mittelfruh, and fermented slow and cold with our favourite lager yeast.
This one hits all those perfect cool weather toasty vibes, with notes of fresh baked crusty wheat bread, ethereal anise hoppiness, snappy crackers, apple/pear strudel, a whiff of lemon and cinnamon, and a nice hug from a clean old man.
