Silent Film - 6.8% West Coast IPA. We brewed this West Coaster with barley and flaked oats, and hopped it with Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, and Sabro. This one has a great mix of tropical hop notes with the classic west coast vibes. It pours a brilliant Spring-honey gold and has a snappy dryness, with fruity notes like kumquat salad, pineapple tepache, ethereal pear cider, peach danish, and some classy pine and citrus.
