Baseball Beer - 4.3% Lager. This beer is a near perfect accompaniment to America’s Pastime. It’s a solid crusher you don’t need to think about, but if you want to, it has tons of delicate depth to dive into. We brewed this light lager with quality German Pilsner malt and lots of aromatic Basmati rice; hopped it with a solid charge of Grungeist; and fermented it slow and cold with our favourite lager yeast. The beer opens with an herbal lemon hop character, followed by fluffy boiling rice aromas, and notes of gentle persimmons, wheat crackers, the floral section of the co-op, and thoroughly enjoying rice cakes as a grown adult.
