Auto Tune - 5.2% Pale Ale. This one is giving vibes of a crushable meld of a fruity American pale ale and a crisp German Kolsch. We brewed with 2-Row barley; hopped in the kettle with Cascade, Huell Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria; fermented on the cool side with our crisp Kolsch yeast; and dry hopped with a solid charge of Cashmere and Cascade. It has aromatic notes of honeydew and watermelon, with bright popping red berries, and gentle citrus, all balanced with a clean and crisp doughy malt character.
