The Lady - 4.5% Saison. Our beloved Lady is back! Mashed with local barley and spelt from Deer Creek Malthouse, hopped with an exuberant amount of Hersbrucker, fermented with our foraged yeast, and conditioned in the can for extra character and maximum tiny bubbles. Our 2021 foraged yeast reminds us of some of the most classic european examples of saison, with a lovely balance between bright fruit and classic saison spiciness. Lemon curd, layers of herbs and nuance leading to a dry and refreshing finish. Always believe!
