Soul Search - 5% West Coast Pale Ale. This self reflective hoppy boy was brewed with 2 Row barley and malted wheat and hopped with tons of Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7. This hop combo really gives some fruity juice aromatics that might have you thinking a Hazy boy is in your cup, but it pours a light gold with ample clarity, and on the palate the hop character becomes crisp, clean, and decidedly West Coast. It has notes of sweet ripe honey dew, mandarin juice, peach and pear fruit cocktail, a bit of resiny pine, and some old head cannabis.
