Pastures of Plenty - 750ml Saison Bottle

Pastures of Plenty - 6% Saison. We brewed this lovely saison with our lovely friends @OlfactoryBrewing. Phil of Olfactory has been a constant source of good vibes and genuine inspiration over the years, it’s always fun to get together and brew something special.

We brewed this one @DeerCreekMalt barley, tricticale, and wheat; hopped it with some aged whole leaf Bramling Cross, some fresh Saaz, and a good bit of Motueka lupulin; fermented with the classic saison yeast; conditioned with our mixed culture; and refermented in the bottle and keg.

We’re getting some well rounded brettanomyces lemon notes jumping out of the glass, freaky Zebra Fruit Stripe Gum, crystal clear Twizlers, classic Saaz aromatics, vanilla apple sugar, tamarind Jarritos, and a walk through some mossy woods.
