Gmork 2024 - 12% Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Aw fuck, it’s Gmork time! As always, Gmork was brewed with tons of Maris Otter and a plethora of dark specialty malts. This year’s batch was aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for between 18 to 25 months. We’re getting notes of oakey bourbon, vanilla, chocolate Tootsie Rolls, dried plums, dark raisins, booze soaked dried fruits, caramelly coffee, pipe tobacco, swear words, and scary black dogs.
