Borough Bones - 8% DIPA Collab with Other Half. We had our pals from Other Half over recently to brew some hoppy Double IPA. Brian cut his teeth brewing at Other Half in Brooklyn years ago, so it was great to catch up over a big hoppy ding dong. We brewed this one with barley, wheat, and flaked oats; hopped and dry hopped it with tons of Citra, Cashmere, and Motueka; and fermented it with a classic American ale yeast. Notes of eating clementines while you clean out your weed grinder, apricot water ice, when the grapefruit wedges come out nice and clean, dank clouds of pine pollen, and a gentle mango chapstick kiss.
