A real cozy pale ale with a mature amount of clarity. We brewed this one with German barley and @deercreekmalt malted rye and hopped it with solid amounts of Mosaic and Centennial. It has autumnal notes of grapefruit breakfast, tangerines, clean boys in the pine boughs, some apricot marmalade, that ethereal rye “spiciness,” a homemade boule with some sexy open crumb that makes you proud, and some of those apples with the tropical flavors.
