Silent Friend - 7% West Coast IPA.
We brewed this one with pale barley and a solid base of German Vienna malt, then hopped it singularly in the whirlpool and dry hopper with tons of Strata. Single hop Strata beers are pretty much just the best. In this one were getting notes of creamy sweet pine sap, strawberry marijuana gummies, apple crumble, oatmeal cookies, Satsuma mandarins, and ripe grapefruit.
