Gradient Descent - 7% West Coast IPA.
We brewed this West Coaster with barley and wheat, and hopped it in the kettle and the dry hopper with Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook. We revisited an old favorite classic American ale yeast in this one, and it’s bringing us all the good vibes. Notes of grape lollipops from the bank teller, mandarin Jarritos, sappy pine sap, homemade orange juice, an honest bitterness, and just a classically bright IPA hop character.
