6.8% Hazy IPA. Better look out, you can really smell the haze on this purpy. We brewed this one with barley, wheat, and spelt, and hopped it with expensive satchels of Riwaka and Motueka. We’re getting notes of that creamy lime and grape zest that New Zealand hops showcase so well, mixed citrus curd, gooseberry, apple strudel, medium rare white toast, and the kind of hop notes that you think might even get you high.
