The perfect ale with which to watch the birds chuck the ol’ pigskin. We brewed this game-changer with lots of barley and oats and then brought in the special teams to hop it with loads of Citra, Amarillo, Idaho-7. No audibles were called, fermentation proceeded along with the game plan. We’re getting notes of citrus eating season in the produce section, zippy pineapple, tamarind pudding, homemade lemon curd, cooked barley, and a couple sassy mangoes.
