Lunaire - 6% Barrel Aged Saison.
Lunaire was on our opening draft list over 10 years ago. We love how it is always different and evolving, but somehow always the same; like the witness inside your consciousness. We brew Lunaire with local malts from @DeerCreekMalt, hop it with a blend of European and American hops, ferment with our Foraged Yeast Culture, age in wine barrels with our mixed culture, and condition in the bottle.
We’re presently finding notes of ripe tamarind, wet oak, sassy brettanomyces, whiffs of baking spices, cold apple pie, autumn honey, and the saison joie de vivre.
